Turntable Lab X Dr J (Promo Sticker)

TTL has always been on point with their stickers. This must be #11, from September 20, 2000? New York Nets era Dr J. We love basketball.

Rappin’ 4-Tay - Off Parole (8.5X11) (Promo Sticker)

This sticker is not from a NYC artist or even a artist that got play in NY. We used to see his video for “Playaz Club” on the video request channel The BOX and laugh because we thought he was biting Outkast’s “Player’s Ball” song concept with a song that wasn’t nearly as good. Still, its kind of tuff. This sticker had a bigger impact in NYC than any Rappin’ 4-Tay song because it was one of, if not the, first 8.5X11 hip-hop promo stickers to really get plastered citywide. Another early prolific 8.5X11 was for the Biz Markie song “Studda Step” but it was partly script letters. Later Fat Joe, Big Pun, and really a ton of others got off with this style. Bold letters no confusion.

Fat Beats X The Last Stop For Hip Hop X Vinyl (Promo Sticker)

A bunch of the stickers up here were originally given out with purchases at legendary NYC hip-hop record store Fat Beats. Sorely missed. Only right to dock off with a sticker promoting Fat Beats themselves. You see it.
